Department of Interest was founded with the belief that architecture and design have the power to bring happiness and clarity to your life. The way a space makes you feel, its use of light, materials, and its connection to nature are what we pay attention to. From modernist cubes to meticulously restored heritage homes, we believe that good design is good design, no matter what the application.
Informed by our combined 25+ years of professional design experience, we diligently sift through thousands of active listings per week in order to curate the very best of design-driven properties available on the market.
Anchored in a rich understanding of art and design history, we're committed to impeccable craft and execution. With a mastery of technology, combined with an enduring spirit of innovation, DOI sets a new standard for real estate marketing in Canada.
